The Lab - Activities.

This section of the Lab presents The Art Boulevard’s programme of online and on-site activities and events. These activities are open to all registered users from all artistic disciplines.

The Art Boulevard offers the following activities and events:

-       Artist-in-residence programmes:

Available in a selection of arts centres in The Art Boulevard’s network, these programmes offer young artists: board; a workspace; and the necessary materials for them to produce their work. Residence programmes can vary in duration and can be as short as 15 days in some cases, or last up to 9 months in others. During the Artists’ time in residence, they will receive a number of informal visits by international curators and acclaimed artists with the purpose to initiate dialogue with the residents about their work and share with them their personal experiences and observations. A ‘Call for Applications’ will be published on The Art Boulevard for each of the artists-in-residence programmes, and Artists will also be able to submit their proposals by email. The first programme will take place at the Antonio Gala Foundation for Young Artists in the city of Cordoba, Spain.
